Quick and EfficientPros:I received an upgraded vehicle. The staff were very pleasant.Cons:I booked through CarTrawler who themselves wherever good. The only probably with booking through an agency is that it is very difficult if not impossible. The upside is that the rates are very good.Reviewed 12 Oct 2017
