They kept trying to upcharge us for everything! Our original price went from $140 to like $400 before I said no to all extra charges. The drop off location was also INCREDIBLY difficult to find.

I was delivered car as per my selection only. car was well maintained and almost new. only problem was it was not completely clean from inside. car seats and mats were full of pet's hair. except that everything was very well.

We had to wait 20 minutes for collection but we were a little early and they didn’t open until 7am. Overall collection was straight forward, nice new cars with very little damage. Handing the car back was a simple and straight forward process. Will use again in future.

Pick-up is in a hotel. Shuttle bus takes you two floors down. Then you have to take an elevator up (with all luggage). Long wait (45 minutes). Elevator down to collect the car. Everything together roughly 90 minutes.

I was overcharged by USD 231 from the initial estimate. I was not also sent/emailed/given a final receipt itemizing the proposed excessive charges above the original estimate. Now I have to contact my credit card company to dispute the over charges.

Great staff on arrival - friendly and warm - vehicle as advertised. A few bits and pieces broken - the wireless charger was ripped out. Reason for the ordinary rating was the badly damaged tyre that was on the car at pick up. We didn’t notice at first, but within a few hours something didn’t feel ideal. On inspection, the tire already had yellow markings all over it (the entire wheel, clearly deliberately done). Shouldn’t have been rented in the first place, took three days to get it changed due to Christmas, although the staff at Heathrow were very helpful trying to assist. All up would’ve been great if the vehicle wasn’t a danger to start with!
