Cons: Parking was kind of annoying because you had to buzz the desk to get to your car would be much easier to give guests a Key FOB to get in and out of the parking. There was some contstruction going on but it wasn't too big a deal and didn't inconvienance us.

Pros: The staff were very friendly, the room was very nice and good soundproofing. Breakfast was basic, yet quite satisfying. I would definitely book with them again.
Cons: On the second floor I could not get a wifi connection. I had an Apple and an Android and neither would connect. I called the front desk and the solution was that "devices are working down here" which is not outstanding customer service, but overall it was a minor inconvenience. Maybe boost the signal or at least offer to restart the router.

Cons: When checking in, hair was on the daybed, half drunk bottle of water on a chair, and only one ratty bathrobe provided with missing tie-string. Pros: The views were amazing
Cons: Limited room service entree selections — we were desiring a steak dinner and their were only 4 options for entrees pm the room service menu. It would be nice if Fleming’s steak house neighboring the hotel could have a partnership with the Marriott.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Bathrooms just ok
Cons: No one smiled as I was greeted at the front desk We are getting coffee in the morning did not hear a good morning and set the money down on the counter do not place it in my hand this happened two mornings in a row. It seems like every time I walk by employee no one smiled and said hello made me feel very uncomfortable Employees two or three at a time were more interested talking to on another then helping guests. Employees talking loud with one another then helping out our needs very dissatisfied and will never return

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The lobby/bar was inviting at all times of the day. The hotel was beautifully appointed. While the Chop Room restaurant was in a large room with high ceilings, it was so intimate, the food was excellent and the large window was fun for people watching and enjoying the architecture of the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I’m buying this mattress...never slept so soundly in a hotel in my life! Wow! Gorgeous facility, my new fav spot when in Baltimore.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The views were great despite it being cold and grey outside. The restaurant was beautiful. Though we only had drinks at the bar, I would have eaten there if we had more time. It was refreshing to stay in a hotel that has a great window with beautiful street views and lots of light. The rooms were just right for two of us. I really liked the couch on the end of the bed as a nice touch for hanging out at the end of the evening.
Cons: Honestly not much. We stayed in the courtyard view rooms on the second floor and the only downside is that you really need to keep the blackout blinds drawn almost all the time or else you are looking into someone else's eyes.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Every part of our stay was exquisite and decadent. Amazing room, amazing staff and service!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and spacious
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Terrific location, beautiful reconstruction of an abandoned pier into a premier hotel. Excellent staff and on the whole, very good service. Very comfortable, elegant, and quiet sleeping rooms. Did not dine at the hotel but it certainly had attractive facilities for dining.
Cons: Quibbles, really. Could have had more explicit instructions as to how to use the Chromecast feature of the TV and when we asked for help, it took 40+ minutes for someone to come - by which time we had decided it was too late to start a movie. Step by step on-screen instructions (as we have seen elsewhere) would avoid this problem. Room could also use more hooks for hanging robes etc.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: From the minute I entered the hotel I was made to feel very welcome. I was greeted at the front desk by Raj and his supervisor who allowed me to choose a snack from the pantry as a welcome gift for staying there. The bedroom was clean and modern. It was located near everything so easy to walk to everything in the inner harbor
Cons: A block away fron the hotel are some strip clubs. I was there on a Saturday and didn't hear a thing. If you walk on the other side of the hotel you can avoid seeing. They also had Fox News showing at breakfast. Literally any other channel would have been better.

7.5 Good
Pros: The location is close to the harbor!
Cons: Breakfast food ran out early.. not a good neighborhood at the back of hotel
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Without even realizing it when booking the hotel, we ended up being two blocks from the National Aquarium (primary reason for visiting Baltimore). Matter of fact, we knew nothing about Inner Harbor until this visit. We will definitely return and stay at this hotel!
Cons: Breakfast options...eggs and pork sausage was not all that great. That being said, overall breakfast spread is pretty good when considering it's included in the cost of the hotel. They also offered turkey sausage (which was way better than the pork).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, walking distance to the aquarium, MOST OF ALL...FRIENDLY STAFF AND THEIR EXCELLENT SERVICE. Shout out to Phil from valet.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location - within walking distance to a lot of the great tourist-y places in Inner Harbor. The charm of the hotel is cute and quirky and room was very clean. Breakfast has a good variety.
Cons: The parking situation left a lot to be desired. It's tricky to find where to pull-in, the valet fee is high, and it's incredibly hard to pull out of the lot as there's ALWAYS traffic blocking the exit. Not valet staff's fault, but still frustrating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Although it does not have room service the free breakfast was a plus and really tasty too. The staff was so friendly and made me feel very welcome and safe.
Cons: I did not like that it does not have smoking rooms. A lot of people that travels are smokers so I think it would be a wonderful ides if you guys can come up with a room for smokers to go to and relax while enjoying a cigarette and a glass of wine.

Pros: Location. Decor.
6.5 Good
Pros: Decor and room were beautiful.
Cons: There was street construction all night, starting at midnight until the next morning when. We checked out. We called for earplugs but the hotel didn’t offer. Cons: Did not have a breakfast buffet.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The food was good and the staff was excellent (friendly, courteous, helpful). The hotel decor n the common areas was also very pleasing.
Cons: The heater in the room was extremely noisy. The ceiling light flickered on and off (tightening the bulb did not help). We could hear our neighbors perfectly from inside our room. The bathroom towels looked old and ratty. The food was good but overpriced for the quality. Overall the hotel was "nice/fine" the common areas are much nicer than the rooms.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: nice bed, room
Cons: no room service past 8. Not a lot of food options..... understaffed!
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was nice, which mildly made up for the fact that it's a stretch to call this place a functional hotel. It's more of a room you can rent with the possibility of staff who can compensate poor planning
Cons: They had no clue how to be a hotel. Room service menu in the room, associated with the restaurant in the hotel... no one answered the room service, so I went to the restaurant and asked if we could order the full menu to the room...they said maybe?
8.0 Excellent

Cons: Everything. It was truly disgusting. There was someone else's hair all over the floor and dust all over the carpeting where the bathroom vanity was, the bedsheets were dirty - hair and weird yellow something on the sheets when I checked in at 9pm after a very long international flight. 9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very well maintained and especially clean.
Cons: The room was unusually small. E.g., the bathroom door actually wouldn't open fully because it hit the shower curtain rod. The overall cleanliness and freshness of the room more than made up for this.

Lots of shopping and restaurants. Nice suburban area yet very close to the highway. Stopped at same hotel last year too on our trip to the March for Life in DC

Cons: Parking lot was rather tight. 1st lodging in a long time that didn't offer a tube of hand lotion in the room--I have winter-chapped skin. Nice to have a small tube of mouth wash--but it was NOT SEALED! The bath spacious--but main room too tight for ADA
