Cons (-) Room was filthy. Shower wasn't clean, showered with my flip flops on. Giant carpet stain coming out of the bathroom as if there was a leak at some point. Room key had the room number on it making it easy for anyone to get in if the key had been dropped. Not safe! Platters of who knows what all over the walls. Wall paper peeling off in some areas. I've stayed in inexpensive and grungy hotels/motels...
