Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's exceptional location, breathtaking views, and charming pool area. Many enjoyed the vintage decor and well-maintained exteriors. However, several reviews highlight issues with service quality, including inconsistent or unfriendly staff, understaffing, and lack of flexibility. Cleanliness concerns, such as stained carpets and unclean rooms, are noted. The pool is a highlight, though some mention limited service and early closing times. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it mediocre or overpriced. Overall, the setting and ambiance are highly appreciated, but service and maintenance could be improved.
