Extremely helpful and dedicated staff. Was also offered a free upgrade upon arrival due to a separate cancellation, which was a lovely touch and set up our great holiday - Thank you.

Nothing (I admit the view outside is amazing, but I have to emphasize that all the hotels there share the same view, thus no point to stay there) Tons of negative comments eg unacceptable services-only 1 so-called manager and 1 general staff (non-eng speaking) manager is rude,unhelpful & inexperienced. poor facilities-water pressure too low to afford shower, no in-house swimming pool. uncomfortable bed. totally not worthwhile.3 friends and I'd never forget such terrible experience!
