Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness, with many describing the rooms and facilities as clean, modern, and up to date. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with several guests enjoying the included breakfast options. The size and comfort of the rooms were also appreciated by some. However, there were repeated complaints about service, particularly at the front desk, with reports of unhelpful or rude staff and booking issues. The pool received negative feedback regarding cleanliness and temperature. Overall, while the hotel excels in cleanliness, breakfast, and room size, improvements in service and pool maintenance are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
