Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were disappointed by the hotel's cleanliness, service, and breakfast, with repeated mentions of dirty rooms, stained sheets, maintenance issues, and unhelpful or confused staff. Several reviews cited uncomfortable beds and poor room conditions, such as broken furniture and plumbing problems. Breakfast was frequently criticized for lack of variety, early closing times, and insufficient food. However, a few guests appreciated the pool and some positive interactions with staff, though these were exceptions rather than the norm.AI-generated from customer reviews
