Pros (+) Very good location as it's right by a Walmart, gas stations & fast food restaurants. Room was pretty clean, had a fridge & the tv remote worked. shower was clean & nothing broke like other hotels I've stayed in. A/C worked very well.
Cons (-) Breakfast is very minimal, I would rank it below a continental breakfast & no microwave in the room.

Pros (+) The bedding and carpeting looked like it had been updated recently.
Cons (-) However, the updates were poorly executed. The room was sloppily painted with lots of visible patch holes, the tile was poorly installed in the bathroom, and there were holes in the ceiling around the vent. The bed mattress was too soft and the bed frame was loose making it difficult for two people to sleep together. For breakfast, they would only put out a few items at a time so you had to consta...

Pros (+) This is a sharp motel. Recent updates. We generally stay at budget hotels and this place was among the best we've seen. Also, wide variety of restaurants are within a few blocks.
Cons (-) The only criticisms I had (granted, they are nit-picky): 1) the tv is a modern flat screen but mediocre quality 2) very small breakfast area
