Easy to drop off but...Cons:
I did not like that when I returned the car in Innsbruck no one was at the counter and every other car rental outfit had a representative there. Hertz said they were open till 6pm, I was there just after 5pm (and my rental wasn't due until 9pm). Would be much nicer to check out with a person.2.0 Poor

Cons:
We checked in to Avis expecting the car we reserved online, and rudely told us our reservation was cancelled, which we never did. Didn’t offer reason how that happened or any effort to help us out!! Just told us it was cancelled and they had no more cars available. Really put us in a bind with 3 kids in a foreign country.8.4 Very Good

very competitive price and the desk girl was very pleasant and try to find an agreement on which car to give us since the one ordered was not available anymoreCons:
we have some trouble when giving back the key because it was night and we didn't know where the key box was. we tried to contcact the customer service number but they didn't answer. Anyway, it was not a big deal because we give back the key the day after.Sixt
