I did not like that when I returned the car in Innsbruck no one was at the counter and every other car rental outfit had a representative there. Hertz said they were open till 6pm, I was there just after 5pm (and my rental wasn't due until 9pm). Would be much nicer to check out with a person.2.0 Poor

Cons:
We checked in to Avis expecting the car we reserved online, and rudely told us our reservation was cancelled, which we never did. Didn’t offer reason how that happened or any effort to help us out!! Just told us it was cancelled and they had no more cars available. Really put us in a bind with 3 kids in a foreign country.8.4 Very Good

very competitive price and the desk girl was very pleasant and try to find an agreement on which car to give us since the one ordered was not available anymoreCons:
we have some trouble when giving back the key because it was night and we didn't know where the key box was. we tried to contcact the customer service number but they didn't answer. Anyway, it was not a big deal because we give back the key the day after.Alamo

horrible! the employees badly need customer service training. they were shouting and accusing other car rental companies. they refused to give me the car after waiting for almost an hour. they had a subjective opinion on my documents: I presented a passport and bank card from different countries because I live in 2 different countries but they did not understand this. I have been using these documents or the past 3 years across the world and never had an issue!6.8 Okay

Almost new car supplied.Cons:
Budget lost the car after I returned it, required 4 calls to sort the issue including describing the person I gave the keys to! They also took payment up front for fuel even though the contract was a "return full" contract. Expecting to have to chase the refund of this.8.0 Very Good

Pros:
I rarely rent from Sixt since they came up expensive usually, but I had this great offer and it was not listed as Sixt but rather FLIZZR. The car war new and clean, No issues with picking up the car, very helpful customer service as I had experienced in former encounters with Sixt. Also the customer service representative hinted clearly on all and any pre-conditions (scratches, small dents), which I would have never been able to detect, since the rental place at the Cologne airport is rather a dark parking garage. I was even able to get an automatic for a small additional charge ($5 a day).Cons:
The car, an Opel (Vauxhaul or General Motors), was supposed to be an automatic, but felt like a hybrid manual and had a very strange way to shift. Didn't shift smoothly, but I was stagnantly shifting, at least I did not have to shift manually.9.6 Wonderful
