Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the beach, port, and public transport, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, many reviewers express disappointment with the cleanliness of rooms and facilities, the quality and variety of breakfast, and issues with the pool being unavailable or poorly maintained.
