Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's clean rooms and excellent location, with several highlighting friendly and professional staff, especially in guest relations. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of service, including issues with room service, front desk professionalism, and staff helpfulness. The breakfast and pool were also commonly criticized for being below expectations or overcrowded. Overall, while the hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere and good cleanliness, improvements are needed in service, breakfast, and pool management.
