Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, proximity to public transport, and friendly, helpful staff. Many appreciate the value for money and the convenience of parking. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, lack of regular cleaning, and unhygienic conditions. Breakfast quality and variety also receive criticism from multiple reviewers. While some guests enjoyed their stay and found the hotel comfortable, improvements in cleanliness and breakfast offerings would significantly enhance the experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
