Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions and public transport. Many reviews also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several guests noting positive experiences at the front desk and with housekeeping. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some appreciating it and others wishing for more variety. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though a few guests reported issues such as dust or mold in rooms and bathrooms. Room size was frequently mentioned as small, especially in economy rooms, but this was sometimes expected. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, though improvements could be made in room maintenance and breakfast options.
