Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several reviewers mentioning specific employees by name for their exceptional service. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with some guests reporting that rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned regularly or thoroughly.
