Cons (-) I booked and paid for a room here online. When I arrived, I was told the hotel was full and I'd be relocated to another (even worse) hotel and given no money back. This seems borderline illegal, although the front desk people said the fault lies with the booking agent. Either way, I won't book a room here again.
