Pros: This hotel was very clean inside and out. No dust/mold/unpleasant odors etc. Beds were comfy. I was so surprised at how spacious our room was. I was more of a square shape vs the skinny long rooms with stuff packed in there at most hotels. The breakfast was absolutlet delicious! The first day the had southwestern omlettes that were really good along with all other kinds of breakfast foods. My daughter loved the waffle station where you made your own waffles and they also had fun toppings like whip cream, chocolate and cinnamon syrup. I also want to rave on the staff. Everyone washi friendly. Even the people sweeping up trash we nice and did not seem miserable. Was close to a lot of restaurants and close to the Jacksonville zoo. I would recommend the hotel to others and plan on staying here again on our next trip to Jacksonville

Pros: I was lost on my way to the hotel, I called the hotel staff, Mrs. Letecia the hotel manager was so kind and patient to personally direct me to the hotel, otherwise I would have been lost in traffic.

Pros: It was very conveinent and clean. I like the free wireless and breakfast. The room was as nice if not better than the high priced Westin I stayed the night before at the San Francisco airport. It was very comfortable.

Pros: We got there at midnight after 4 hours of driving. Parking was easy. Chech-in was as well. The room was clean, no funky smell, the A/C worked well and had an option to leave the fan running so there was always moving air. Big must have for me to sleep well. Beds were comfy and bathroom was clean and updated. Water pressure was fine although shower head was about chin level for me at 6'2". Worked out in the morning before breakfast. TV didn't work in there but I was there to workout so no worries there. Plenty of dumbells and space to get a good workout in. Breakfast was plentiful and everything we needed before getting back on the road. All in all my wife and I had a great refreshing 10hour pit stop before heading north.

Pros: We stayed here to begin our trip, and then rebooked for our return home. Just needed a place to sleep because of late/ early flights. The rooms were acceptable (and quiet) and the charges were very good. Served our needs.

Pros: GREAT staff down to the airport drivers! Excellent location, value and comfort. Surprisingly quiet. Very clean especially considering is in midst of a major remodel. Spacious rooms.
