Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and, in several cases, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with many reviews mentioning dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. Amenities such as the gym, pool, and elevators often do not meet expectations, with reports of broken equipment and poor water pressure. Room sizes are mixed, with some guests satisfied and others finding them small or poorly maintained. Overall, while the location and some staff stand out positively, cleanliness and amenities require significant improvement.
