Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to Montecasino and Fourways, as well as the spaciousness of the rooms. However, there are recurring complaints about cleanliness, with some guests encountering unclean rooms and bathroom issues. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating the staff and others disappointed by unaddressed requests or a lack of amenities. Breakfast and room service options are noted as adequate but could be improved. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and room size, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness and service consistency.AI-generated from customer reviews
