Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the Kemah Boardwalk and other attractions. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty sheets, stained bathtubs, and unclean rooms. Service was mixed, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced slow responses or unprofessional behavior. Bed comfort was also a common concern, with several guests mentioning uncomfortable beds and poor-quality linens. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness, service consistency, and bed comfort are needed.
