Pros (+) Location and front desk staff (they attended requests quickly)
Cons (-) Cleaning staff should be more efficient changing towels, and bringing soap, shampoo, etc without the need of calling to front desk to ask for them.

Pros (+) The staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable, the amenities were awesome, and the wildlife was so cool.
Cons (-) Would be nice if the rooms were a little more updated. The bed wasn't awful but wasn't amazing either.

Pros (+) I loved the location and the latout of the property.
Cons (-) I didnt find the roaches and bugs in the room to comforting. The building that we were in, for some reason didnt receive the wifi connection too well according to the receptionist. The washer and dryer didnt work in our room as well.

Cons (-) I’ve stayed at this location in the past and really enjoyed it, this time no so much. My room was very outdated. Our last night, we woke up to be attacked my fire ants, it was like a horror scene. When we checked out, I informed the desk clerk and she seemed not to be concerned. Won’t be returning

Pros (+) The closeness to a major highway that provided unlimited possibilities for dining, entertainment, shopping.
Cons (-) Had made reservation and payment through RCI, not record of this when arriving. Had I not had a print out, not sure what would have happened. Had driven down from Atlanta and was tired. The reservation had been placed several months in advance. Once the issue was cleared up, the night manger was most helpful. Pros (+) We read the reviews and almost didn't stay here. Apparently, Oak Plantatiion was in need of a renovation. Well, that renovation is well under way and we were some of the first to benefit from it. Our condo was fresh and convenient and we were able to park right outside of our unit. The property is older, but that means it has a lot of charm that newer properties don't. The mature oaks are unlike a...
Cons (-) They do maid service every day. Most people like this, but I would prefer once a week and a lower price. It's really not necessary in a condo in my opinion.
