I have aways preferred Enterprise rentals because of the quality of their vehicles and the terrific staff attention devoted to the rental process. And, of course, when I HAVE used the complimentary car delivery option it has been very convenient. Unfortunately, Enterprise has usually been the most expensive rental alternative. A last-minute price drop prompted me to use Enterprise again, instead of using a rental from Medford.

I called the day before to make sure the car I reserved was available. I was traveling for a family medical emergency…When I arrived I was told there was at least a 2 hour rate because they did not have clean cars and no staff. When I pushed the issue, I was given a car on the lot that was clean but did not have a full tank of gas. The low oil light on the car went on 50 miles into my trip. I will never rent from enterprise again.

Kia Optima was a good road car with great gas mileage.

Cons:

Car had half tank of gas, windshield was dirty, no wiper fluid, low fron t tirew
