Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's spectacular location, breathtaking views, and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The complimentary shuttle service and proximity to beautiful beaches were also highlighted as positives. However, many reviews pointed out significant drawbacks, including the lack of elevators, which made accessibility difficult, especially for guests with mobility issues. Breakfast quality and organization were frequently criticized, as was the outdated condition of some facilities and rooms. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding their rooms spotless while others noted issues. Overall, while the setting and staff left a positive impression, several operational and facility shortcomings impacted the guest experience.
