Excellent location! Very clean apartment and friendly staff! I shall certainly use them again!

Our room was cleaned everyday and the staff was extremely friendly. Although not fluent, the were able to speak to us in good English. Also, the hoel is just a 10 minute bus ride away from the city centre. There could have been a little more variety in the breakfast, but still it was very good.

Apartment was both large and clean first night we got twin room, (booked double!) there were no blinds or curtains and bedroom was overlooked from higher tenement block. There was no other vacant room we were told, but were moved to a proper double room on subsequent nights complete with blinds and nets The lack of basic privacy led to us to not being able to use the lights first night and having to be careful in the morning with our dressing. Manager said it would be fixed on the Monday but was still the same when we left on Wednesday.

The only pleasant thing for me was that the fridge did work. 1 word is just enough: disaster! So what do I mean with that? Awful smell in the room, no curtains at the window, approx. 30 years old totally uncosy bed which smelled like rubbish, insects in the bathroom... I could even count some more contras. For example the breakfast was nothing than a bad joke: I've never seen such rare choice. The "value for money" is just nothing but bad!! We were 2 people and paid all in all 40 Euros for the room - believe me, for even less money you can get much better rooms in Krakow!!! Don't stay here, please. And if anyway... do not say I did not warn you before!!! Cheers

It had a kitchen in the apartment, so that we could prepare our own food in room smelled mould, there was not changed the towels and bedclothes in five days. the shower sistem is damaged. On the internet said that the hotel has three stars but there are only two(and niether them two)
