Pros (+) The manager was quick to resolve our issues. Great kids room, gym, and pool area. The rooms in the new wing are nice and offer sufficient space for children.
Cons (-) The residence apartments are not used often or tended to. While spacious, there were power outages and brown water. The room was also ready two hours after the standard 2pm check-in. Front desk staff did not want to handle or seem primed to focus on customer service. Management was essential and most helpful.
