Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor service, cleanliness issues, and a lack of elevators as major drawbacks. Many found the staff unhelpful or rude, and several mentioned problems with dirty or poorly maintained rooms. However, a few guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and felt it offered reasonable value for the price, especially for short stays or business trips. Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives, but the location and price were occasionally highlighted as benefits.
