Everything you. Kyle ask for.
Clean, comfortable, staff very friendly, great location! Love that the pool is good sized with plenty of umbrellas, and tables. Breakfast is good and substantial. Love the happy hour in the evening. Gym was clean and easy to use. Loved the library, very cozy! Breakfast was good, but chaffing dishes do not keep food hot. Would be very helpful to have a microwave available to heat up items .
we usually like staying at embassy suites (ES), the complimentary breakfast and social hour are wonderful and cost effective. Most of the embassy suites stays we have experienced handled this well. This one did not. The overall feel of the hotel, especially mid-construction, was shabby and dirty. The staff were unavailable at most times, and the breakfast and social hour were more akin to homeless shelter giveaways rather than the quality fare that we have had at other ES. Breakfast was a microwave hot mess. There was a rush of people early and the staff (there was only 1 staff member manning both the cocktail hour and breakfast) couldn't keep up. The construction was noisy and inconvenient, and we should have been notified of construction Before checking in. This was a horrible stay and we will not booking embassy suite stays again. It may be clean and new after the construction, but this experience will move us away from booking them again.
Pool and evening special were very nice
The Mexican restaurant Adobe was really good and they are super dog friendly which was nice! We switched rooms because our first room smelled like cigars and weed, our second room wasn't much better either. The bathrooms are highly outdated and they don't offer robes or slippers in the rooms which I found odd.
Great location, facility and experience. We made reservations for two rooms. One through the La Quinta website and the other through Kayak. They had no record of the Kayak reservation. They still got us in after some delay. First time that has ever happened. Wifi not good at all.
The locations, the property, the rooms are stunning! We checked in at 4:30 and our room was not ready until 5pm. Check in was at 4. We were staying for one night and they could not accommodate a late check out. For the price we were paying this was very frustrating and the hotel concierge didn't offer and apology, a credit, nothing! Our room was beautiful but all day and all night carts filled with dirty bed linens and catering equiptemnts were pushed by on carts that rattled so loudly that it woke us up and we were unable to go back to sleep. Not to mention we wanted to enjoy our outside patio and take in the scenery and had to like a dirty hotel equipment every 5 minutes. Again for the price we are paying to enjoy the property it would be nice if they could find a different route.
Grounds were very pretty. The employee during our check in was very professional, friendly and accommodating. Lighting in our room was NOT adequate, both in the bathroom (especially the bathroom) and in our bedroom. We had dinner outside and happened to be seated at a table where there was no overhead lighting. All the other tables has strings of lighting overhead to provide adequate lighting to read the menu and see your food. Ours didn't have any and we couldn't read the menu or see our food. We had to use the flashlights from our phones to read the menu. It would be an easy fix to add a string of lights. Needed more coffee creamers. Two for 2 people was not enough
Staff was gracious and helpful. There was sincerity in their attentiveness The bungalows are old so you can hear the televisions and water going through pipes in neighboring rooms. Pretty minor though and would still recommend a stay here.
Loved the cozy rooms!!
The room was great - spacious and comfortable The pool was a little rowdy, not a great place to relax for a romantic weekend
Very quiet, nice pool and jaccuzi. Loved the continental breakfast in the AM! Close to the event site.
Nice large pool with hot tub. Seems like it was newly renovated on the inside. The breakfast was not good at all.
The Staff was great there was mold in the shower
Great pool scene, probably the best in California.
the help were wonderful we are seniors & had to walk miles to our room i think it was 1523
The staff was very helpful, friendly, always there to help. Had to go too far to self park. Weekend hard to find a spot to park . Several parking rows in the parking garage no access to another isle. Had to turn in same isle to go to next isle.
Good location for what we were there for. The room needed updating. It was clean but it was loud. We were in the main building and it was too noisy. Also, beds were very uncomfortable.
The hotel has amazing grounds and public areas. The atrium lobby and gondola service are special, and the overall grounds are the best in the Palm Springs area. The rooms are not clean. There's no other way to say it. I found much evidence of previous guests in the room, from trash on the floor around the beds to dirty showers. The staff is also pretty unpleasant and not helpful.
Resort fee a bit high Resort too expensive for what is offered.
Everything that they offer free breakfast Nothing negative to say
Thank goodness we were only there one night. No local channels in the room tv's and the NFL playoff games were on tv so we couldn't watch. $28 resort fee on top of hotel fees. Front desk person seemed so put out to have to check us in and I'm pretty sure hates his job. The room had no bathtub. The room was so overly perfumed with air freshener. The air/heat barely worked. The free breakfast was typical freezing cold almost stale breads and muffins that everyone handles and touches. For the price of this Hotel we were very disappointed. See other review.
Clean room Room on first floor right next to lobby and the music was so loud I could hear it over my TV which I attempted to turn all the way up until 9:30. The walls were thin and I could hear a neighbor coughing all night and every person leaving the lobby talking as the walked to their room. Would not recommend for a bussiness stay but maybe for a vacation where you didn't have to be up at a certain time.
Nothing! The room was dirty, there were bugs in the bed, stains on the sheets, wallpaper was peeling, pool was dirty and disgusting, hotel was hot, the breakfast was disgusting. Cold egg-o waffles and no selection. This place is a joke. The staff couldn't be more clueless either.
The front desk staff was friendly. The resort fee was more then stated. According to the email I received the fee was for entertainment, deluxe continental breakfast, valet parking, ect. Unfortunately the entertainment was geared towards a much older crowd, the delux breakfast was a health department nightmare, and there was nothing deluxe about it, kinda see where this is gong? Outside of the desk staff the others we encountered were rude. (Maid, waitress) Now for the room...the bathroom sink was cracked, one of the pillowcases was obviously dirty, the carpet was dirty, the people above us must have had elephants with them as it sounded as if they were about to fall through. This is not a place I will stay at again.
Pretty much everything! Friendly staff, beautifully clean room, and that bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in! Only thing is that the menu for room service wasn't correct and should be updated. Also I didn't have a remote in my room for the Tv and
Classy decor, very nice sized hotel rooms. Older crowd friendly. Beautiful pool. Just o.k. dining area and food , free continental breakfast. Floor show in the lobby in the evening was great. Staff was very helpful and nice. Carpeting in public areas needed to be redone. Christmas decorations should be replaced. Noise level in first room was unacceptable, but hotel staff changed rooms for us. Anytime you book on a Kayak, Hotwire or other discount site, you are given the worst room in the hotels. You have to be proactive to get a better room.
Late night check in extremely easy, Eli was very pleasant and helpful! Rooms very clean, big. They offered us a quiet room which was great because we were there for desert international triathlon No charge for late check out
As soon as we walked in we felt welcome and taken care of. We were given an early check in and late check out no problem. The hotel is the right size to give it a homey feel and the layout also gives it a lot of charm. The room had a little balcony and patio door which I love (I hate hotels where the windows don't open). My only complaint was that the coffee maker in the room didn't work but it was easy to just go downstairs and get coffee from the full spread complimentary breakfast. I will stay here again!
Clean and tidy. The beds are not queen but fulls... Very small.
THIS IS AN AVERAGE MOTEL. DESPITE THE FEE, THIS IS NOT A RESORT. CARPETS WERE FILTHY.
Excellent Restaurant and Bar Great Location Love the round outdoor covered sofas !!!!! Pool could use some sprucing up. Resort Fee Outrageous up-charge for a dog ($100)
Carried our bags to second floor, no elevator. They have valet but your car gets parked right there. We just grabbed our keys and drove most of the time. No point for valet. Rooms were small but nice. The pool is open 24 hours so thats great. The view of the lake depends which room you have. We mainly could see a side street. Overall I wouldn't stay there again for the price.
Great service Room was not cleaned when we checked in had to call and ask for it to be cleaned again
Rooms are great, comfortable, and clean. Setting is fantastic against the hills Smoking! Had balcony open at night, people below were smoking on their baloney at 5 am. Woken up from deep sleep by smoky room, and was in queen bed furthest from opening. Later informed front desk so not to get hit with cleaning fee, was told it's ok, No fee unless actually caught in the act. Clerk was unconcerned about the incident. Is smoking allowed on balconies? Oh no, smoking isn't allowed anywhere. Well, it ruined the night. She didn't get it...
Access . Valet. Front desk check in !!! Tooo slow. Lacks clarity. !!! Room. Smaller than I expected for 800 a night. No mini bar no real sence of luxury. Blinds fell off needed menatainance !!!!!! This was not the expected result for me. I stay in expensive rooms all the time. This one was not that great I couldn't sleep. Penthouse room 5221 .. I was there match 5th.
The people are so friendly and accommodating! From Jonathan who checked us in to Danny at Valet and Michael the butler. They made my friend's Birthday so very memorable and had champagne for us the first night and left cupcakes when we got back the second night. The rooms could have been cleaned better. There was a roach in the room the whole weekend, even after they came to clean that first morning. Otherwise the service was exceptional, I will tell everyone about it.
Great amenities and hotel restaurants. Parking listed for free, ended up $30. Okay though considering the value.
The employees were some of the nicest I've experienced anywhere. From the valet, front desk, and wait staff at the pools and restaurants. We got upgraded without asking. I'll definitely be back. I get that hotels have resort fees now, but at least tell me what it's for. The only thing I could figure out was that it included a couple bottles of Dasani. And $27 for overnight valet parking? Yikes. It's Indian Wells, not NYC.
Nice room. Clean. Refrigerator in room kept turning on throughout the night and rattled so it was hard to sleep.
What you would expect from Hyatt.
This place is great during an off season or during the middle of the week but it gets packed like any other place on the weekend or holidays.
The several pools
The Restaurant and Adult Pool, the outdoor lounge and music at night. The housekeeping staff is completely incompetent. The beds were made with sheets to small for the bed, they rolled up during the night, very uncomfortable. Multiple complaints were met with acknowledgement, but nothing was done about it. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!
room size waterslide happened to be closed during our trip (the hotel did bring in a temporary bounce house with water though)
I like the different options for dining and activities. The room service was guaranteed in 30 mins which was great. The staff were all friendly and everything was open til the late hour. Our room was not ready and we had to wait around. The pool area needs more cleaning especially after a big rush.
My wife and I are 24 and 27 and we've stayed here multiple times. We love the fact that there is a seperate adult only pool and overall the hotel is very quiet. The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms and the decor is newer and clean. The two things we did not like are the parking and prices of food at the pool. You HAVE to pay for parking whether self of valet... And the food at the pool was pretty outrageous... Very convenient and delicious, but outrageous.
Pool was awesome! Family-friendly As clean as the place was, there were roaches... and they weren't the bashful type...
It is a very family friendly atmosphere that has a lot of activities for children whether they want to be in the pool all day or play in the game room. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions or issues. We did get a great deal on Kayak making it totally worth the money. There is no oven in the Deluxe room. It's a combined convection/microwave oven and only a two burner stove. Not the best situation but workable for a three night stay.
The rate was good on Thursday. No Fox News Channel ! I was very disappointed, will not stay there the next time.
Front desk staff don't look happy working there. Security guard that worked at pitbull concert was vet hostile!!!! Very disturbing guard and called us names. Very sad.
The Jacuzzi ! Need 2 Jacuzzi's
God breakfast. Friendly staff. good parking. ground floor room with patio. nice and quiet. Room was just a bit small. But nice and cozy.
Clean, and comfy beds. Breakfast provided
Cooks cooking hot breakfast, larger than normal eating area No Microwave in room. Clock did not work, but no big deal
Delicious hot breakfast to order! No extra fees or local taxes. Beautiful location. Nearby restaurants...Ruth Chris across from hotel. Clean and comfy bed. Enjoyed our stay here. Will come back. Pool closed at 10
Full breakfast Given a room that was "not to be rented out" because of known issues. EG: no heat, TV remote not working. ETC 2nd room had a 1 hr. power failure, next morning again no heat in freezing weather. Sent up first "technician" did not have a clue & eventually sent 2nd "technician who repaired the problem but caused another. The heat never turned off as he broke the thermostat. Front desk personnel less than helpful during our stay!
Friendly staff and quiet room. Dirty carpets and a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor.
Clean Friendly Staff Noisy location Small rooms Need updates
Free, made to order breakfast. Friendly staff. Cable tv was not working very well for nights when watching before bed.
Definitely more than a 3.5 star property!!! I was there during huge 3 day concert and it cost the same as a Holiday Inn Express nearby. It is completely gorgeous and the in room kitchen/bar and outdoor bbq makes me wish I could have stayed longer.
The location is ideal for a quick getaway! Reservation was booked &said check-in was at 4:00pm.Our room was not ready until 5:30!We were concerned, we wanted to put our perishables in the refrigerator. We had to wait, they were not very accomodating, & could not get a late checkout w/o extra $$$
Overall pretty good. I did not know this was a time share...expected hotel amenities like breakfast etc.
Spacious, bright and clean
Staff and amenities were excellent.

The room was in front of ever where (golf course bbq grill and pool)
I'd like my money back
Pool areas was amazing , I believe there was 7 pools to choose from:). No
Great location.....the room was beautiful....right on the golf course. The staff was very friendly....just a great experience. no....everything was fantastic.
the room was 1400sq ft. Full kitchen 3 bathrooms, & a patio. it was near a fire grill & close to the parking lot. The pool was 30 yrds away as was the gym. Most of all I like the way the young female receptionist that treated us exceptionally well. The furniture appeared old and outdated. No view of the golf course.
We overpaid for our stay.'Luxury room' was advertised.1st room was outdated and overlooked the street! , helped reassign our room, but 2nd room was attached to a machinery room of water heaters or something. Constantly awoken/kept awake.Won't return.
The spa was nice - it was my bachelorette party, Grounds were dirty. Dead bugs in our room and all on balcony. Nobody answered phones when calling from the room - all the lines were mixed up. No sheets for pull out bed.
Location was terrific and the meals we had in the restaurant were very good. This hotel was listed as a luxury hotel, but does not deserve that designation. There were no amenities or services that set it apart. The facilities are older and need some serious attention and repair. We had to ask for housekeeping service. There was no concierge and the staff was not knowledgeable about restaurants or activities in the area. The resort fee assessment was therefore inappropriate.
We really enjoyed the spa and the pool. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff is very helpful and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.
Great, friendly staff and an amazing spa!
Massage Don't ask each client questions like, what kind of room would you like spacious, or a room with a view before we get there. Because it's a lie. I asked for a spacious luxury room, with a view and I got an old beat up room with old furniture, dirty bedspread, foid left in the refrigeayor from last guests, smelled and a room view of a Tree!. I called the front desk, and your supervisor young lady said, sorry We are all booked up. I will make sure family and friends go next door yo Indian Wells or yo La Quinta la ty o stay for the tournament. I said I was so dissapointed and all she said was oh, so sorry.
Staff were very attentive and caring Slow elevators in building 12 which we stayed in!
Dario was great at check in and the late check-out was extra nice! Two pools for adults and one for families was great too!
Not that clean. Needs renovation.
Beautiful grounds. Well kept gardens. Nice pool. Great concierge (Wanda). Hallways were dirty - unswept for 1 week. Dining room food has deteriorated over the last year. One small bar of soap for 2 sinks when we arrived.
The location was very convenient to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and the hotel had a regular shuttle to the tennis tournaments every day. The gardens at the hotel were very nicely maintained, but the food at the restaurants was mediocre. The Spa facilities were adequate but I had a wonderful Thai massage with Monica. I did not remember to bring my computer printout from Booking.com so the hotel did not honor the room rate which we had reserved with you. They then charged the regular rate which was considerably higher given it was a premium weekend because of the tennis tournaments. They were offering a free night for every two booked and they said that we could have a free night. But when it came time to check out, they charged us for the third night. It was only after a long "discussion" with the manager, that they gave us the third night free. It was not a pleasant experience to have to argue about this at the front desk in front of others. I also am angry with Booking .com as I believe that you should have told them the room rates you had given
We loved the tapas on Thursday night, the pool and the location. Everything was wonderful - and the wonderful lady that serviced our room was beyond compare!!
Clean, great service, and beautiful grounds No wine glasses in the room
Pool bar closed at 6p. Only dining option was understaffed and overpriced. Big property with a shuttle, but only one in service for all guests, so would have to wait over 30 minites. No staff in restaurant. Manager was "pitching in" but would take our order and then not fulfill or not put into computer. Waited 20 minutes for 1st staff interaction after we say at the unattended but seated with guests bar. Then after taking our draft beer order, had to ask 3more times before we got a drink!!
On golf course Not one thing
Great staff, exercise facilities, pools and activities... Golf closed due to overseeding...I should have been notified...
A cockroach in the kitchen. I mentioned this to the manager. He couldn't care less about this. I don't know how they got this 4 star rating but they don't deserve more than one.
The amenities. no

Everything was great! ! Drinks at the pool were a little pricey!!
The overall experience was great. Everyone was friendly and the grounds were beautiful. I wish the room was bigger and there was more pools. The pool closess to our room had some drunk and disrespectful people at it.

The villas were awesome, more than enough room for a getaway weekend without having to eat every meal out, we had our very own kitchen to do a nice dinner there with a grocery store down the street to get supplies The staff didnt have our room ready when we got there, and was rude when I asked why. Also, we did one of the resort activities and the staff was not interested in the guest, and again, rude when you asked them a question. Not great customer service
Nice size room on the golf course with all amenities. Other villas probably had a better view, my view was a small strip of golf course but noisy road next too it. villa doors did not seem safe, easy to push in; checkout was too early

We liked where our room location (1600)!!! The pool staff was very friendly. Chicken wings was awesome!!!! Every time we come here, we HAVE TO have there WINGS!! my daughter looooves it!!!
Buffalo wings and pizza Room fridge. We had a late check in (930pm) fridge was not fixed until about 1130pm. We had to call the front desk a couple of times to make sure it'll get fixed. So, Our daughter didn't sleep until midnight or so. pool was a little bit dirty. I took a few plastic cups out and the water was so blurry. Security was giving my husband a hard time and lying about being there the morning before. People were throwing nerf ball and security/staff was not doing anything to stop them. My husband had to tell the security to warn them. This stay was not as pleasant as it was 5 weeks ago.
The staff was super friendly and always very helpful. I haven't encountered a more friendly staff at a resort in a very long time. The facility was great for all of us. Plenty to do for my teenagers. The pools were very fun. The cocktails were fairly reasonable for a resort and they were delicious. The room was very nice. Loved having a refrigerator, microwave and sink in the room. Our room was kind of small for four of us. Though the sofa sleeper was more comfortable than the usual, it was awkwardly located and made getting to the patio really hard.
Fridge in our room actually works!! We had a view of the golf course and mountains and the lake from our top floor. I actually slept because there was no crazy kids running around at midnight. Using a room key to get in the pool (great idea to keep the outsiders) My daughter likes the pool, the slide, pizza, and making smores! Also she made lots of friends!! Having more than one ice machine. There were lots of ants in our room. Water roaches, an entire village was under our snack bag! So gross! Chuckawalla n snakebite opens late (11am) and close early (6pm). There was not enough "shaded" area. Should provide umbrellas. Rinse area, the water pressure was too hard on skin after some sun.
Location, but this facility is showing some wear and need an upgrade. The Embassy Suites in La Quinta is much nicer
The delicious daily breakfast and daily happy hour were unexpected treats. The breakfast staff and bartender were wonderful and helpfull. We were on the third level and had no issues with noise. The pool was adequate. Loved the seperate bedroom/living room. The place could use new carpeting and updated bedroom furniture. We had a problem keeping the dresser drawers closed. Also had to ask for pool towels.
Bed was clean, comfortable and linens/spread were new and not worn or stained. This was the best part of my stay. Room smelled musty, stale and not of 4 star quality. Property overall is getting worn down. This was not what I expected for an Embassy Suites.
Location, amazing free breakfast Room service didn't show up one of the days, very little complimentary soap and shampoo, floor was filthy, front desk was rude.
staff at front desk (which had been moved to a room on the first floor due to construction) were accommodating throughout. i had to request another room on the top floor because of the sound of guests above kept me awake. breakfast offered a pleasant variety, but was only open from 6-9a. hours of breakfast, not well sound-insulated, fitness center closed (though front desk provided a guest pass to a gym about 1 mile away)
One of the worst hotel stays ever. No wonder TripAdvisor rates them 22 of 23 hotels in Palm Desert. I can't imagine there could be one worse. I paid an extra amount to reserve two beds -- for physical reasons since it was two males traveling and one of them has a broken elbow that can't be touched. But they had no two-bed rooms and basically said sure we overpaid but tough I had to get my attorney involved with the Getaway in order to get a refund at the horrible place (which is undergoing a huge renovation) which I didn't see on their listing. The worst of the worst.
The grounds are nice. Breakfast was good Room were smelly. Old furniture. No heat ( was cold). No TV in sitting area. Would not recommend or stay there again
We arrived to a beautiful lobby and were quickly checked in to our room. The hotel had a complimentary happy hour at the time of arrival. Our two room suite was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, and felt like a great deal for the price. Our room was quiet, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning had a great selection. We were only a few miles from shopping centers, and just feet from a Starbucks. Would definitely return.
Not well insulated, you can hear everything, noise in the upper floors and people walking outside. Maid did an incomplete service in the room . Did not finish making the bed. Lights are not working, the air conditioner is do loud
Room size good Nice breakfast Nice facilities Beaitiful buildin Some of staffs were not kind but some was
Even though it was old it was very clean. Large tv with good bathroom, ac. Outdated furnishings, older smell, tv to the side.
We simply needed a place to stay on our way to Phoenix. And this was perfect.
It was nice, clean, in a good location, & the staff was friendly.
Stayed here on business. Great hotel and ample parking. Room was clean & spacious. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to others as well.
Rooms were clean. Hotel was clean. Staff was nice, Starbucks was great as well as good. My only compliant was my room was so noisy that at 8:30 on a Saturday it sounded like they were sawing through our wall. Also the room was musty.
Leaving. Hot tub was actually hot. Keycard didn't work in outer door to get to my room. WiFi was slowest I've encountered since 1999. Bathroom door was locked in my room. No overhead light in the living quarters - only the bedside lamp and the lamp by the TV - neither had a wall switch. "Refrigerator" froze my food / beverages. Bathroom coat hanger was broken. Get it together Marriott!
It was quiet, which was nice. We didn't need the room for more than just a place to sack out, after attending a wedding nearby. The bed was comfortable. Upon check-in, the lady at the front desk offered us a choice between rooms on either the first or third floor. I went with the 3rd floor. Honestly, the room was a shoebox. My dorm room in college may have actually been bigger. The TV had spotty reception/signal, as well. And there were probably 5 channels. For what we needed, though, we made do.
Great staff, nice kitchen well stocked. We had an issue with our AC unit, needed parts, staff quickly moved us to a similar room, very well handled.
Close to Indian Wells Room was small. Staff was responsive but not friendly or engaging
room, swimming pool, and the environment nothing
Nothing Bugs, bugs in the apartment. No reception from the clerk at the office. Manager is not on duty, we xan speak to him. Its a bad experience. We decide to leave one day before our check out. They charge us the fee for internet for this last day. We were
I liked everything about the resort! It was a long trip down into Palm Springs, but that's the only negative thing I could think of.
This hotel was spacious, clean, had well kept grounds, and we enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. We could have used more towels, and to get more you had to walk them to the front office and exchange them. The TVs were just ok, however we were notified they were being replaced the day after we checked out. No complimentary breakfast.
