Cons (-) The pillows, too hard! The rooms were not very soundproof. Could hear everyone around you! Shower faucet was broke.

I gave them my ID, my CC, and left my luggage with the desk with the understanding that they would put my bags in my room and have a room key waiting for me when I got to the desk later. Cons (-) No hooks or racks in the bathroom to hang towels/washrags. No mini-fridge included. While they offer free internet, it is slow. They offer faster internet but you have to pay extra for it each day you want to use it.
