Pros (+) This hotel is pretty convenient to Red Rocks and pretty close to other places in the Denver area we like to go to.
Cons (-) Where to start - this was our third hotel stay here in the past 4 years and the first two times were pretty positive experiences - comfortable room, nice breakfast, convenient, reasonably priced. To be fair, we did not see the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Otherwise, the price hasn't really changed - otherwise, everything else seems to have gotten worse. Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't actively inspect, but the room seemed clean.
Cons (-) There was a drier outside the front entrance waiting for removal for at least two days making the motel appear run down. Likewise the dumpster visible from the backside rooms detracted from the appearance of the motel. Although there are restaurants and strip malls nearby, there isn't much to do.
