Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the Strip and airport, as well as its affordable prices. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and several reviews mentioned that the rooms were adequately clean. However, there were frequent complaints about the bathrooms, including issues with cleanliness, lack of hot water, and outdated facilities. While the value for price was a highlight, guests also noted that amenities were basic and the property showed signs of age.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) America's Best Value Inn in Las Vegas is truly basic, but adequate and clean. Laundry facilities are a big plus!
Cons (-) Noisy people outside every night. Loud, nasty argument in one unit on first night. Shabby registration office. Lots of touch up painting needed.
Cons (-) N/a
Pros (+) The location was okay, we were walking distance from the strip. It’s close to the airport which would’ve been nice had we flown.
Cons (-) The bed was terrible and nothing but old springs. There was absolutely nothing like in a typical hotel (tissues, coffee maker, broken tv remote.) it was just so old and icky-feeling. The shower above us obviously had a leak and was dripping through our bathroom ceiling. I get it was a budget room but it felt too cheap to recommend to anyone. Definitely won’t stay there again.
Pros (+) clean bathroom
Cons (-) telephone line
Pros (+) Clean bathroom.
Cons (-) Telephone line was too noisy to use.
Pros (+) So close to the places I needed to go fast easy to find plus they're pet friendly which I love since I take my puppy around with me everywhere.
Cons (-) No shower amenities besides the soap they had.
Cons (-) Poor bathroom, furniture, and settings of all. Not good or not even decent condition
Pros (+) Notjing
Cons (-) Overcharged. Scammers
Pros (+) a bit of walking distance to the strip, but not horrible, just was there for the night to sleep
Cons (-) the ac in the room didn't work well so room stayed warm.
