Comfortable and nearby the strip
Smoke smell in the room
Okay but basic
The room was comfortable and had an iron, safe, tv, and WiFi. The guy who checked us in was also nice and gave us a room with a bit of a view of the strip.
Location - too far to walk to the main part of the strip. The water! The water in our bathroom smelt so bad. It must have been some treated water but every time I used the sink or the shower I could smell it and it was terrible. You couldn’t drink it. The vibe. The casino is obviously a cheaper stay which attracted certain types of people. The casino floors have cheap shops and was dark, dimly lit and not nice.
I booked a certain type of room and ended up with another. Hotel was unwilling to accommodate request.
Old & run down. Uncomfortable bed
circus for sem
I like the atmosphere of circus, not like the mega casinos, not too fancy or loaded with big money people. more for everyday people.
A bit disappointing.
Bed was clean and comfortable.
Heard kids up playing late through the wall. Overcharged for resort fees that I didn’t know I had to pay. Compensated with buffet tickets. I see why they give them away. No rave reviews there. Great since it was free. If I had paid would have been a problem. Don’t think I would ever stay there again. Staff was accommodating, kind, respectful and polite. Give them a 5 across the board. If you’re taking a family vacay this is the place to go. You and the kids will love it.
I liked how there was plenty to do for my daughter . I called for a extra blanket for my daughter and the brought up 2 within mins . Most of staff was super friendly
The buffet and most of the food was a bit over priced but not bad . The lifeguards at the pool all had frowns .....all of them lol kind of felt bad for them .
Gotcha fee at checkin
It was in Las Vegas
$36.00 a day "casino/resort" fee at checkin. When I shop for prices I don't like add-ons that significantly change the room price from the quoted price. You do your customers a disservice by not including all fees on your page. The room I stayed in was old and out of date and could really use refurbishment. When I stay at a hotel-6 I have a certain level of expectation. When I stay at a resort I have another level of expectation. This room did in no way meet the expectation for the price. I am highly dissatisfied.
Extremely inexpensive. Not a good location and poor security
I liked the price
I didn’t like that upon late arrival there were homeless families in the lobby area. I also didn’t like the location being extremely far from strip.
The view was ok, we were booked in the 23 rd floor.. and stratosphere was viewable. Some of the staff was good.
It was too much money for the booking itself, I expected the room quality (interiors) to be better. Every hotel has a small refrigerator, a kettle and some other perks with the booking which Circus Circus didn’t have ! It was disappointing, because I thought since it’s one the strip the quality would be better. I was really looking forward to this trip with my mom and aunt who came to visits me in the first time in the USA. The rooms also didn’t have enough light, parking structure was super unclean.
Good price, older could use renovation.
We liked the amenities, like Pool, water park, splash pad. And adventure dome.
The rooms could use a renovation. For a family place it should provide a continental breakfast. Splash pad water should be heated. Fridge and Microwave should be included in EVERY room, at no extra charge. Cribs should not cost extra either.
