It was relatively cheap. Room was acceptable. Issue with the bathtub backing up and they fixed it promptly.
Outlets on the lamps; if they have them in La Junta, CO they should have them in Las Vegas. Bathrooms still look as they would have in 1968. Toilet is too low to the ground. Too much water in them as well.
The bed was comfortable
Clean, repairs, better staffing, more upfront about $35 resort fee. Resort fee is one ridicules fir what you get!
The lemon Krispy Kreme doughnuts is simply amazing an I'm not even a lemon fan. The HENENNSY & COKE
People being able to have more control over there children
Cleaner windows and upgraded rooms
Affordable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning in my room barely worked but that's the only fault I could find.
Bed was comfortable. Room was pretty clean.
I reserved a room at Circus Circus, but when I checked in, they said my room was across the street at some low rent location. They then charged me more to stay at Circus Circus. The first night, actually very early morning, some clown in the room above or next door, kept knocking on something, which sounded like knocks on my door. The second night, another drunkin idiot kept knocking (slamming) on some ones door while screaming LET ME IN! Cigarette butts on chewing gum laying in our floors lobby, untouched all weekend. I guess you get what you pay for.
Ravi at the customer service was great
Good value for the room
Very Smokey atmosphere.
Cheap except for some bogus resort fee
The noise was really bad. The people in the halls were banging doors and waking people up and scaring some. Security did nothing.
Rooms not so far from hotel
In room amenities... extra pillows, more hangers
The location is OK. However it was the worst hotel that I ever booked. They have bad bugs!!!. Never again! Do not recommend. The staff in one of cafe/ buffet was serving people with dirty gloves and were rude to customers. Never again in this hotel.
I liked to seeing the circus acts and the midway one more time for old timesakes..we were upgraded to the casino tower, which was closer to the strip @ no extra charge.
Our toilet backed up twice and the tub once, the tv remote control had to be reset by staff in person to access local channels.unfortunately for circus circus, the unfinished echelon project stands unfinished right next door....an unpleasant site and victim of the economic slowdown
Typical Las Vegas hotel just outdated.
Hotel has super adventure dome and fun park. good time spending with children.
elevators in Skyrise building is worst. did not try in west tower but will be same I guess. Among 8 - 2 service elevator, 2 goes on higher floor, 2 were not in operation. I was only able to use elevators on odd times, use only four time in 4 day-3 night stay. all other times I use staircase. Glad I was on 4th floor. Peoples were coming down from 14 th floor by staircase. fedup of waitng more than most of the times above 10 minutes....
The staff and everyone I encountered from the cleaning staff to the front desk people were just super nice! Even the security.
The elevators in the Skyrise Towers were really really slow. They shook and made lots of noise.
Hotel has good price, convenient elevator and food, room is big. The Circus show is very attractive.
Parking is too crowded.
Grim. Pay extra and stay somewhere else, even if you have children.
Room was better than expected, though I found the staff quite abrupt and even disinterested when asked questions and through the checkout process.
Its so loud! but you get that when you have 3000 odd rooms. Staff as mentioned above.
The hotel offers a lot of facilities in one complex ranging from family entertainment through the games area to a wide range of gambling facilities. It is also well located in Vegas.
The Chapel is a mite too expensive.
I was very well welcomed and the room that I had was superb! The clean bathroom and what a space! The floor I had was quite and as I had requested on the higher level. In one word a great time I had. There are at some hours free shows! A great choice from Booking.com.
Rooms were very generous with enormous comfortable beds. Everything was as promised with the booking. Hotel was enormous and walking from room to exit, for example, was quite a journey but entertaining nonetheless. Some idiot had stolen the tv remote batteries and this was replaced in less than 15 minutes. The same idiot had locked the room safe open but this took a lot longer to fix (over an hour) since it required both the maintenance guy and a security man. Finally is there really any need to charge over $11 to connect to the internet when everywhere else provides it free, including McDonalds next door
Because of the enormity of the hotel site we never actually found either of the pools. We booked Circus Circus as a novelty fun idea (which it was) forgetting of course that where you get circus you get kids. And boy do you get kids here! So, be warned, if you can't take other peoples' kids stay clear! Also the midway idea where all the catchpenny games are is staffed almost exclusively by unhappy Chinese people who are difficult to understand and are more than a little brusque and not very welcoming, not what you get at the average funfare. We stayed away after the first visit.
