The front desk agent was very put off that I was bothering her with a simple question…”where are the ice machines in the Blanca tower?”…. She told me *it* (yes, only one for the whole tower), was on the 4th floor…. THERE IS NO 4th FLOOR! Dealbreaker. And the pillows suck.

Refurbed rooms are great - except being an older building it is all concrete and steel and erected pre mobile phones and wi-fi. Unless it’s done well there will always be problems with radio comms.
