Wish they had labeled the my tower above the elevators. Wanted to sign up for the players card but there was only one person working, super slow and most people gave up waiting. The front desk agent was very put off that I was bothering her with a simple question…”where are the ice machines in the Blanca tower?”…. She told me *it* (yes, only one for the whole tower), was on the 4th floor…. THERE IS NO 4th FLOOR! Dealbreaker. And the pillows suck.

Refurbed rooms are great - except being an older building it is all concrete and steel and erected pre mobile phones and wi-fi. Unless it’s done well there will always be problems with radio comms. The Marra Tower is my absolute favorite. This my second stay here and I was not disappointed. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon earlier this year.
