Pros (+) Beautiful facility, modern design, very well maintained and clean. We really liked the room and the location of the hotel.
Cons (-) Negatives -- I had requested an upper level room when I reserved, but at check-in, I had been assigned a *very* low floor room -- Front Desk staff told me I could NOT change to an upper floor room because "the booking company controls the room assignment". ??? The morning of checkout, the Front Desk informed me that I could NOT have a *15 minute* checkout extension because of my "reservation type"...
