Smoking on the ground floor means walking into a smelly environment right from the start. They offer "quick check-in kiosks", none of which work. They all just say "Your room isn't available yet, give us your email and we'll alert you when it is ready" (this at 9:30 pm). Cons (-) When preparing to take shower we had no wash clothes to clean ourselves or floor mats to prevent slip and fall. I had to contact housekeeping to get these items but had already showered using a hand towel.
