The staff was nice.
Price of the resort fee.
The room was kept well
Check in and check out procedures were poorly communicated and difficult to manage.

Sink could have been cleaner, chunks stuck to the bowl.
Check out the shops and restaurants in Eataly. And buy a sorbet while you're there! Excellent value for the cost. Electronic check in keeps the lines moving.
Poor room service. No in person contact when checking in to request room location. Very slow bell service (never arrived on checkout)
The location was great.
I was overcharged by about 20 dollars compared to what I was told I'd pay booking through Kayak.
The check-in process and having more customer service.
Eataly was great.
The walls were too thin!
Location and Eatily
The walls of my room were so thin I could hear everything my neighbor was saying. Woke me up in the middle of the night. Self check in sucks.
Nice newly remodeled rooms, great beds.
We felt that the price of food and drink is unreasonably high though in line with other properties on the strip
Great quiet pool area, beds very comfortable
Fridges in rooms
Location was very good. Right on the strip and close to public transpotation, walgreen.
No wireless internet on 10th floor. The decoration was a little bit too old.
The $30 all day buffet was amazing as was the cleanliness of the rooms
The pool was only in the sun for 3 hours due to the closeness of other hotels, altough this was during November so I suppose we should be lucky to have had sun!
Service and staff were wonderful

This is a very good located 4 star hotel. I think it is in the top 10 of Las Vegas. Very big and also well organized.
Location was good, on the main road of Las Vegas. Rooms were clean and good price to stay in.
They couldn't find our reservation and it took us about 1,5 hours to check-in, trying to find the booking and making calls to booking.com officer.
Location on the Strip; Comfortable and quite room; Excellent value for money
comfortable room
internet too expensive
Checking out!! And not because of the staff, I was just glad to get out of there!
Everything!
It was very conveniently located.
Seems very old fashioned. Old lamps, bathtub, all fixtures. After our first day, our used glasses were not removed. Upon arrival there were not any shampoos and conditioner on the little tray. The second day they showed up. It served our purpose, however to be quite honest, I prefer an updated look and feel to a room.
Check in and check out very quickly. Good connection by train to CityCenter and Bellagio.
Room and bathroom need renovation, but are aceptable.
