It is also half of a mile from the T-Mobile Arena and just over two miles from the airport. It is within three-quarters of a mile of Monorail - MGM Grand Station and many other popular attractions and destinations.

Guests enjoy a wide array of perks, services and amenities. Each day begins with a free, full breakfast and finishes with the complimentary evening social offering drinks and snacks. There is the 24-hour shop where meals and drinks are available, the full fitness center, the oversized outdoor pool, the hot tub, and the meeting and business services. WiFi is free, but faster access is available for a fee. There is also a coin-op laundry, electric car charging, shuttle services, and luggage storage. Parking is free and in a secure garage.

The hotel is a suite-only property with rooms that include studio and one-bedroom suites with separate living and sleeping spaces. All of the rooms are furnished with a kitchenette or fully-equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances.
