Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and spacious rooms with nice views. However, several reviews mentioned cleanliness issues, uncomfortable beds, and some maintenance problems such as clogged drains and outdated bathrooms. Some guests were also disappointed by unexpected resort fees and ongoing construction. Overall, while the hotel offers good service and location, improvements are needed in cleanliness and comfort.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Our room was fine. It was large, quiet, comfortable and clean. But the fact that the first floor allows smoking meant that every time we came or went we were assaulted by heavy cigarette smoke. There is no way we would have lingered for a drink or a meal. We knew smoking was allowed in the building when we made our reservation. We just didn’t know how much we would hate it!!
Cons (-) We didn’t come to gamble— we were visiting a friend. So next time we will stay at a hotel that doesn’t have a casino and doesn’t allow smoking.
Pros (+) Large rooms. Variety of dining options. Multi-screen theater and bowling on-site. Good air filtration throughout Casino. No-smoking hotel. Hotel and casino staff very attentive and friendly. Excellent sport betting area.
Cons (-) In the past they had free shuttle service between the Boyd Properties. Now discontinued.
Pros (+) Great food at the restaurants
Cons (-) Fresher fruit from room service
Pros (+) Location . Sparkle clean / friendly / good restaurants
Cons (-) No pool bar service
Pros (+) Nothing.
Cons (-) I booked this hotel through Kayak, and that sent me to Anoma. This was booked a week in advance and paid for. The hotel had no idea what I was talking about when I showed up. They said I had no reservation of any kind. The hotel was also rude about it and not helpful at all. Terrible service. Ps: I never even write reviews but this was so bad I had to voice it for other people. FRAUD
Pros (+) Beautiful view, in a nice quiet area of LV. The room was big and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again!
