Walking distance from to the strip

1. On the website, it states " free wireless high-speed Internet access", you're better off using your own data plan, wi-fi is down all the time. 2. On the second day, our bed wasn't properly made. 2 of the bed runners were left on top of the t.v. closet. The fuzzy blanket were exposed which will make you itch when it touches your skin. 3. Running hot water is the main problem, you'll have to call maintenance to reset the boiler before you shower, and while you shower, the hot water will remain running for a minute and cold for a long time.

Good price for a busy weekend (Valentine's & President's day). Doesn't have the best amenities, but good enough for breaks from the Vegas activities.

This hotel was small, dirty and far from both freemont and the strip.

Nothing, firstly I've called them before check in to double check that our room will be ready at 2pm, we drove in early so we had to kill time. Once we got there NO ONE cleaned any rooms, so by 2:45pm they finally got a hold of someone to clean a room, once we get to the room the cleaning people were cleaning the room still so we had to wait with our luggage in the hallway while they clean. The cleaning lady was upset because she was rushed and started showing her tantrum by throwing her broom. We walk into the room and it was filthy, the kind of place where you know there are tons of crap under the bed, the windows looked covered in dirt, it was so small 3 people were cramped and you wouldn't dare walk around with no shoes on. It's far from the strip and in the gross area. DEFINITELY NOT A HOJO worthy named inn. Spend a little more and go to the south HOJO it's closer to the strip and looks much cleaner.

The room and grounds were clean

I felt unsafe the minute we pulled into the parking lot. Our friend's vehicle was almost stolen as he was unpacking right in front of his room. Although there was security on the premesis there were several "scetchy" people wandering around the grounds. We cancelled our reservatiom for our 2nd night and went to a safer location.

They had really hot water, newish furniture and new tv

The staff were horrible, multiple customers with complaints including one couple who had to call the police to strengthen things out. It has potential but right now it is over priced, under staffed and pretty run down.

The breakfast, clean and comfortable room, and the service.

The location made it difficult to drive in and out of the Super 8.

they did not give us a handicap room likely we request you gave us a downstairs with no bars they did not like the room my dad had a hard time because they didn't have bars in the room would I stay there again

Pet friendly and close to the strip.

The room was not cleaned completely. There was something disgusting (I'll just leave it at that) left behind by the previous occupants. There was no shampoo provided, only soap. Who showers with just soap? There was no hair dryer, no iron, or Kleenex.

The owner was very kind and was accommodating to my requests.

The neighborhood was absolutely terrifying. After you pass the SLS and continue down the street there was people following me and several homeless people around.

After walking through all the homeless people all the time to get back and forth to and from the motel, at least I felt lucky to have a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in. Also, the sheets did appear clean. I was very worried the first time I pulled them back, but was relieved that they seemed clean.

*Location is awful unless you like walking through homeless camps. *Appeared to be dried poop from a previous guest on the underside of the toilet seat. *Had two sinks: one didn't drain and the other one had the faucet handle come off in my hand. *TV only received about half of the channels listed on the information card *Thin walls. Could easily hear neighbor's phone conversation. *Constantly felt the need to wash my hands after touching anything. *Looks okay from the front, but unfortunately all the rooms are around the back of the building. Once you get around the back where the rooms are it looks more like a ghetto hotel or apartment building.

Television and WIFI were provided.

Bedding did not look clean. Small Bed Pillows. The protective mattress covering would make crinkling sounds each time someone moved on the bed.

I saw bad reviews for this motel, and nearly didn't book because of it, but the room was reasonably clean, better furnished than your average 1 star motel, and the owner was very kind and pleasant.

The shower curtain had what appeared to be an old blood stain on it. That is literally my only complaint.

The Manager seemed to be professional. At least he spoke English.

GROSS!! And, I think I contracted a computer virus from their Wi-Fi. If given the option again, I would either stay out of town or sleep in my car.

Price

Safety in the neighborhood, there was no security present at the hotel or parking as there are a lot of carjackers and prostitutes who try and either steal your car or offer you there "services". On our first bight alone after leaving our room to eat from afar I saw them scoping our room and almost try and brake in after I saw them and ran back after which they ran away. This did not matter much at all as their group seemed to scope the motel regurlarly anyways. The motel area and the security provided is not good unless you stay in your room with the deadbolt on. Furthermore the cleanliness was poor when it came to the floor and some of the towels.

Staff went above and beyond to answer my questions, the room was clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. I would give a 5/5 rating if not for the security deposit.

I booked through kayak/booking.com, and never saw any mention of the security deposit (which was $100.00, and was requested as I was checking-in). I'm on a tight budget and this would have been good to know about beforehand. When I asked at the front desk when I would get this money back, I was told it would take about a week to be returned to my account (it has been 7 days, by the way, and I still haven't gotten the deposit back yet). When I checked out, I was verbally assured I would receive my deposit back, but when I asked for a physical receipt I was told I couldn't get one. I understand why they need time - a woman explained to me that she needs to check the room for damage - but if she did find damage, how would we prevent this situation from turning into a "he said, she said" scenario? I have only ever stayed in a few hotels before, and perhaps I am naive on this subject, but I've never run into this type of scenario and it doesn't seem right to me.

DO NOT DO BUUSINESS WITH THIS HOTEL!!!! I stayed one night for about 7 hours in transit while waiting to catch a plain. Reserved and paid for hotel through Kayak. Upon arriving it took 30 minutes of paperwork and a $100 deposit. I was told someone would be on call upon my very early check out (5am) and would come unlock the office door to complete the process. Needless to say no one was available at 5am so I locked the key cards in the room and called the hotel later that day to confirm everything was fine. I was told my deposit would be released later on that evening. 10 days later and countless phone calls where I was assured they were "looking into it" I have still not received the deposit back. I filed a fraud case with my bank so hopefully the money will be returned. So with that in mind I can not in any way reccomend doing business with theses people. It will not end well for you.
