The hotel is nice. There is a comment about the hotel tradition ( I think) that the cleaning crew did not follow. The cleaning person came in the elevator with their cleaning chemicals along with the guests. Is the hotel policy changed?

Cons (-) Beds and pillows to firm for my liking. Bathroom fan hummed all night.
Pros (+) My kids and husband thought the breakfast options (which you need to order off the menu) were fine. My husband said the woman that helped with breakfast was very nice.

We had arrived late and so my second child slept on a cushion from the pullout on the floor. The next morning at 730 I asked for another bed.
