The hotel is nice. There is a comment about the hotel tradition ( I think) that the cleaning crew did not follow. The cleaning person came in the elevator with their cleaning chemicals along with the guests. Is the hotel policy changed?

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, especially for visits to Dartmouth and the hospital, and many found the beds comfortable and rooms generally clean. However, numerous guests were dissatisfied with ongoing renovations, unavailable amenities like the pool, gym, and restaurant, and frequent issues with water supply and noise. Service was often described as unfriendly or unhelpful, and some accessibility concerns were noted. Overall, while the hotel met basic needs for comfort and cleanliness, the lack of functioning amenities and inconsistent service detracted from the experience.AI-generated from customer reviews

When we arrived back at the hotel at close to 1030 at night the pull out still wasn't in the room and when I called the receptio...
