5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was a nice layout. The adventure facilities are really great and the staff over there could not have been nicer.
Cons: The place is in need of a bit of repair. Some windows let in a bit of a draft. The breakfast was just average, most irish hotel do a class breakfast. The fried eggs were very overcooked and there was no menu to order other freshly cooked food. Plus we were charged extra for milky coffee that I wouldn't have minded had they been nice. It was far too hot and the milk was not frothy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We ate in both the bar & the restaurant and both meals were fabulous & priced very well. The staff (only got one staff member's name - Peter) in both bar & restaurant were so lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was self service and nice although beans weren't great and very sweet. Our room was very cosy with comfy beds. The Zipline comes highly recommended by us also. Chris our instructor was so patient with us and guided us through the course.
Cons: Some staff members let the hotel down but other than that I can't fault the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
6.0 Good
Cons: As it was december and the weather wasnt great there wasnt a whole lot to do. There was no phone coverage, the wifi was very poor and there was no tv in the room so as the weather was poor there was nothing to do. If I had known I would brought a book which I would recommend anyone to do anyway. It's perfect if you really want to get away from all the hustle and bustle and the world in general. As there is NOTHING within 30 mins away in a car.
7.0 Good
Pros: Library very peaceful during the day to relax.
Cons: Shower in spa area very poor. also no shampoo or body lotion in either shower in Spa area, only conditioner.
6.0 Good
Pros: Great breakfast and friendly staff
Cons: Hotel common areas were cold for February and showers in the thermal suites were not working well.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was very comfy, scenery was gorgeous
Cons: Didn’t like that the fact you had to pay to use the thermal suite
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The relaxed atmosphere created by this resort dominated throughout the whole place, even walking down the hallways was serene and peaceful, what a wonderful place.
Cons: Beyond their control, but the roads leading to the place were death defying.
7.5 Good
Pros: Food was lovely
Cons: Myself and my partner stayed here for a weekend in January. The noise level on both nights was dreadful with kids running up and down the hallways on both night until 1.30am. We rang reception several times on the second night as we had enough. My partner eventually had to go and find a member of staff to complain about the level of noise as we were going to check out and go home. Don’t stay here if you want a decent nights sleep as it was awful. We got very little sleep both nights with the noise of the kids running up and down the hallways every few minutes until 1.30am. We were so glad to be going home. We definitely won’t be returning to this hotel again and are extremely disappointed and annoyed as were looking forward to a weekend away, the level of noise completely ruined it for us.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Had a lovely stay in Sleepzone. A great hostel in a beautiful location. Our double room was very spacious with a lovely view.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My first hostel and I was not disappointed. This hostel is located in the middle of the Connemara loop and promises a change of scenery as it's so lonely. My friend and I had a private room with a large bathroom. All the spaces were very clean (kitchen, room, living room, etc). The continental breakfast is full (coffee, tea, cereals, toast...) The staff was very nice, offered us dinner on site and we finally spent the evening playing pool and cards with them.
Cons: To leave !

Pros: An incredible secluded place, with a private country house feeling and excellent food.
7.0 Good
Pros: Having dinner family style was nice for a change. Beautiful location on a lake. Lovely ground floor rooms that were elegant. Very welcoming staff.
Cons: The dining room was extremely noisy from everyone talking together so you had to shout. Stressful experience. Food was good but not exceptional for the price. The rooms were way below par for the 5 star price with pine furniture, poor quality towels, no robes, no iron - basically cheaply appointed. At 265 euros a night it should be top quality in every way and it wasn't. The bar had only cheap liquor.
