Guests consistently praised the hotel's unique and immersive location in the Amazon, as well as its amenities such as pools and comfortable rooms. Many enjoyed the connection with nature and found the atmosphere relaxing and ideal for disconnecting. However, several reviews pointed out issues with service, including poor communication, limited transportation options, and occasional unfriendly staff.
