Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's attentive and professional staff, highlighting exceptional service throughout their stay. The breakfast was frequently described as excellent, with live piano music and a wide variety of options, though a few noted limited choices for specific diets. Cleanliness was another strong point, with many guests finding the rooms and facilities spotless. The hotel's restaurants, including high-end and Asian options, were also appreciated for their quality and variety. Some guests mentioned minor issues such as pricing, soundproofing, and delayed room cleaning, but overall, the positive experiences far outweighed the negatives.

Our floor had a strong smell of stale cigarettes throughout our stay. The walls were not well insulated and we were awoken by the other guests in the middle of the night.

There is a very nice lounge area on the bottom floor and because of this ...
Cons (-) There really was nothing to not like about this hotel. The price was a little on the high side but I have spent up to $500 a night in other hotels that were not nearly as nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they check on you in your room several times throughout the morning to late afternoon. If you want to keep your visits from the staff to a minimum use the do not disturb sign. There v...
