Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, with many highlighting its proximity to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Cleanliness and friendly service were also noted positively in several reviews. However, common complaints included the building's outdated condition, noise from the street, uncomfortable beds, and maintenance issues such as broken fixtures, lack of heating, and poor bathroom conditions. Despite these drawbacks, some guests felt the value for money was good, especially given the prime location.
