Noisy nights
Excellent location
Located on a busy road, above a pub. No noise insulation was installed, could not sleep during the stay.
The room was perfect. Clean. Spacious. Quiet. I loved the extra big towels in the bathroom, and the full-length mirror.
Won't stay there again
Small room , expensive , not friendly staff they are looking for any chance to charge You for extra payments
The hotel facilities were good.We had noty arranged our evening meal and ho[ped to get into the restaurant.Unfortunately we were not advised there was a private party. But there was great tapas on site:)
I have nothihg to complain about.
The bar room staff were the most service oriented, offering suggestions on what they recommended to drink and eat.
The cleaner walked in twice early in the morning around 7 am, once when I was in the bath, and then 1/2 later when I getting ready to go to breakfast.
I liked being walking distance to soho, I liked the size of my room and I liked the library very much.
Choice of mini bar/porridge
We would have had a 2nd drink if the bar was more comfortable
I had booked a single room and was given a double room for the same rate. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great !
The continental breakfast was delicious, especially for London, the free wireless was convenient and the staff were truly looking after you.
The room is too small. It is nearly dangerous to get into the bathtub while hoping over the toilet as they are so close together. Also, the water pressure varies thoughout your shower, as well as the temperature. That should get fixed!
Design, location
Single room is very small
Convienent location. Very helpful staff. Decent value for money, recognizing that the pound is killing the dollar, making even the cheap hotels very expensive!
Ease of reach for meetings/business and entertainment
Very comfortable bed and fabulous breakfast.
