Located on a busy road, above a pub. No noise insulation was installed, could not sleep during the stay.
Staffs was Ok...and Location is Good
No cozy, No feeling of room..i’ve ever stay. Heading was strange sounds all night long, Most Dirty Floor ( Carpet) i’ve ever staying, Small room is fine...but, Shower booth..i hit myself during shower
Excellent location; stylish and comfortable. Lovely little bakery and cafe in foyer.
No bath in room.
Good room overlooking Tottenham Court Road, but not noisy. Lovely to have a bath instead of just shower in en suite.
The room where breakfast was served was very cold. A drunk (I assume) person kept putting his card mistakenly in the slot for our room in the small hours, disturbing us - but I guess this could happen anywhere.
Location Is good
Woken up at 7am 2days in a row with workmen working in upstairs room hammering all morning, when I complained to management they told me it was coming from the pun next door, I actually witnessed the workmen working, also the pub next door was 2 buildings away from hotel, also paid for breakfast which was £15 arrived for breakfast at 10am first morning to be told it was a set menu from which they had run out of fresh frit and bacon & eggs, which left us only the option of cereal porridge sausages & tea&toast really poor service
