Good sized suite. Usable fridge space. Modern decor. Good security. Restaurant staff nice.
Small reception area makes it feel cramped and busy. No pool. Didn't get a room with a good view.
Got to hotel at check in time (2:00) and had to wait 2 hours for the room to be ready. My 3:30 engagement was missed do to this issue with check in. I was only in London this one day and the main reason I was there for didn’t happen because of the late check in. Also, the occupants of the room next to mine was slamming their door and making noises up to 6:00 am. It sounded like staff was continuously trying to enter the room. Not a good experience at all
Assume the hotel would have been excellent.
Beware!! The booking agent Cancelon has a early date trigger converting to a non-refundable reservation after promoting "free cancelation". Its geared to pushing the non-refundable reservation to their site to sell. The listing process was incredibly difficult requiring re-entering all online data resulting in no sale or compensation. Would avoid booking through Cancelon in the future.
Very comfortable stay.
Hotel room was a little smaller than what I was used to but it was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. It was within walking distance of a lot of awesome sights and activities.
They offered free breakfast in your room if you filled out your request card the night before. I was only able to take advantage of this service once because I never received another breakfast request card.
Great vacation area
It was in a great location, right next to the tube and the London eye. The room was clean and comfortable but a little small. the food in th restaurant was very good.
A couple people on the staff in the restaurant were very unpleasant and borderline rude. the front desk staff and concierge were great and very helpful
The food was worth the price. The location is ideal for a city stay.
We stayed in the executive studio and we had everything we needed. Lovely modern design - very comfortable. Great bathroom. Close to Waterloo Station. Very friendly reception staff.
convenient location, clean and smart room - good internet connectivity, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff
the room was too hot...and unable to open window or reduce temperature
Good quality of decor and fittings in rooms and public places. Excellent position for enjoying central London.
Excellent location and helpful staff
Slightly disappointed with the standard of the bed for a quality hotel
I liked the apartment style of our room and the ease of registering. The room was very well designed with a contemporary feel to it and the views were spine tingling! I would definitely choose this hotel again.
very good location in central London
Lengthy wait for lifts
Convenient and good value
Air conditioning not working properly
Excellent location, spacious rooms, very good bathroom.
Although the staff were quite good, there were some times when we had to ask for some basic services more than 10 times. We stayed for a week, first 3 days room service was good, after that room attendant didn't even bother to swipe the floor-the layers of dust were amazing.
I didn't stay, my boss did and they upgraded him even though he was only staying one night! Location is very good and staff friendly
The hotel was superb! Clean, stylish, friendly and helpful staff.
Only one thing - the room was hot and airless at night.
