The staff service is great. Location also great, since it is just a few steps from an Underground station. In general, my family and I were very good impressed from the experience of staying at this hotel. We would gladly stay again here. My only observation is that the rooms are somehow dark. Lightning can be improved. Other than that, everything is excellent.

Pros (+) Modern room with all the gadgets. Nice staff and feels very new and clean.
Cons (-) Ironing board and iron awful! Quite small room and no full length mirror apart from next to bed where you can't see. No dressing table to sit down to put on make up or dry hair etc

Cons (-) I stayed at this hotel with my mom for 5 days while on holiday. I don't recommend it. It's overpriced for the amenities provided. The pool is mediocre: it's very small and only good if you have restless children (there's only 5 lounge chairs). The gym was ok. Twice the cleaners did not come to our room as required, and we even ran out of toilet paper because, when the cleaner did come, she did not...
