    Very nice

    The staff was wonderful.

The room was small and was located on the 1st floor - bad view.

    Construction noise

The room and facilties were large for a London hotel at that room rate. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the robes that were provided

The construction noise was very disruptive and precluded us from getting a good nights rest. The room was poorly designed with large furniture and made it difficult to move around the room comfortably.

Good 4 star, but not quite a 5 star.

The way I was welcomed and treated by the staff was superb.

The breakfast wasn't particularly tasty (a bit cheap) and coffee was watery.

    AMAZING 5 STAR Everything!

We Loved Everything about the Radisson! You can not go wrong, the rooms are gigantic and with real king beds you get the most comfortable night sleep while in London out of anywhere! From the minute you walk in the door, the customer service is absolutely impeccable, they actually care about you, learn about you, remember you and it is so nice to feel that, especially after 12 hours of travelling across 8 time zones to get there. I give this Radisson 5 Stars and Highly Recommend to anyone searching! Cheers, to all the Staff, Liva, Annaise, and Anna for being super friendly! ~ Sammy Tovar

The building itself is a striking combination of classic red-brick architecture and a sleek, contemporary interior. Especially eye-catching are the incredible views guests can see from their rooms, taking in the London Eye, Nelson's Column and a close-up view of Leicester Square Gardens which is fabulous during movie premiere nights. For a real treat, book into one of the hotel's stunning square-facing rooms or suites to make it feel as if you are floating above the bustling Leicester Square. Leicester Square Kitchen is a place to enjoy superb food in effortlessly cool surroundings. Contemporary furnishings coupled with a relaxed atmosphere provide the backdrop to a fabulous fusion of Peruvian-Mexican sharing plates, with all food being prepared onsite.
