Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its central location, which is convenient for exploring the city. Many reviews highlight the positive atmosphere and good service, with several guests noting a warm welcome and efficient hospitality. However, some guests express dissatisfaction with the small room sizes, outdated bathrooms, and occasional issues with water temperature or supply. While the breakfast and bar receive positive mentions, concerns about cleanliness, noise, and room comfort are also noted. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its tradition and service, but some facilities could benefit from updates.
