Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for access to Texas Tech and local venues. Friendly and accommodating staff were mentioned positively in several reviews, with some guests appreciating the welcoming atmosphere and pet-friendly policy. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, outdated rooms, maintenance problems, and inconsistent service. The pool was frequently described as cold or in need of repair, and breakfast was often not included or had service issues. Overall, while the location and some staff interactions stood out, there are notable areas for improvement in cleanliness, amenities, and maintenance.
